Coaching gives personalized career support through a process of self-discovery, awareness, learning, support, accountability and tools. Coaching supports individuals in the pursuit of a fulfilling career, an integrated life and clarity about how to create this reality. This supports the immediate application of what individuals are learning into their organizations, teams, jobs, businesses, lives, how they work and how they are showing up to begin a transformative process of change.

Commonly, individuals who benefit from Coaching are having difficulty moving their career forward in the way they want. The spark of enthusiasm that once existed has disappeared and individuals are not able to identify what is keeping them stuck. Individuals who benefit from Coaching are often having difficulty adjusting to changing work environments, new roles or need a refresh on how to approach their leadership style.

 FAQs

  • Great question! I may not be the right fit for everyone so this is something you will need to decide for yourself. My coaching approach is very collaborative, supportive, intuitive, curious and also challenges you to dig deep to learn about yourself. I do not promise results or provide guarantees. We are in a process of discovery and exploration for your personal insight journey.

  • I either provide 3, 6 or 12-month commitment options for clients. For individual clients, I suggest beginning each coaching engagement with a 1-month “kickstarter” agreement and this includes a total of 4 coaching sessions to ensure that working together is a good fit.

  • Once we determine the coaching agreement that will best address you and/or your organization’s needs, sign the contract, and pay the deposit, this is seen as confirmation that you will be moving forward. At this point, I typically do not offer refunds once we commit to working together. However, if you have concerns please don’t hesitate to surface them for discussion! I do my best to ensure you are satisfied.

  • Yes and no. I have a set of tools and resources I draw from, however, every person is different and so there is no one way to go about a coaching session.

  • I am available by email and will typically respond within 48 hours. Each client has the option of adding me on WhatsApp for more immediate questions and support as well.

  • You may share as much information with me as you’d like to share! I may or may not have experience with the particular tool or assessment you’ve worked with so I will approach it from the lens of ‘what do you want me to know about this?’ What’s most important for me is to understand the context (why it is relevant to the coaching engagement) and the content (what overview can be shared to inform the coaching engagement). The approach I take with everything shared with me is to ask: ‘How will this support me in being the most effective coach to you?

  • I’m typically booking clients at least 2 weeks ahead of time so please reach out with your desired start date keeping this timeline in mind.

  • It all depends what option fits your needs best! However, most clients spend a minimum of $700 per month.

  • he first month of your coaching engagement is paid once the coaching contract is signed and serves as a deposit for working together

  • Hidden fees, absolutely not. My coaching fee structure is completely transparent. I do charge taxes to my Canadian clients. All Canadians have to pay GST mandated by the province of BC. This rule doesn’t apply to US dollar fees.

  • I don’t discount my services, however, generosity and giving back is important to me. I provide pro-bono coaching options through charitable organizations as a way to give my services to individuals who would otherwise not be able to get coaching support. I also donate my time to non-profits and other charitable causes that align with my values through giveaways, raffles and other fundraising activities.
